Т–х Diagram of Section BiB3O6–YbBO3

Аннотация

Phase equilibria were studied and a Т–х diagram of section BiB₃O₆–YbBO₃ was constructed using X-ray powder diffraction and differential thermal analysis (DTA). The diagram has a peritectic point lying near 95 mol % BiB₃O₆ at 810°С. A limited subsolidus solubility of the components is observed in α-BiB₃O₆ in the range 0 ≤ х ≤ 0.3 YbBO₃.
