Nanocrystalline СаО₂ was synthesized using microwave technology. Vacuum and microwave drying was shown to yield nanosized calcium peroxide without organic dispersants. The size of synthesized particles was shown to have an effect on the thermal and CO₂ chemosorption properties of calcium peroxide.
