详细
Model of spine deformity-like Sheuermann—Mau disease was obtained by crossing of two lines of mice with known genetic defects. Results of morphologic and ultrastructural studies permitted to extra-polate the obtained data, with certain prudence, on clinical manifestations of investigated pathology and to explain the main pathogenic mechanisms of process development.
