Resumo
The requirements for improving fuel economy characteristics determine the need to use forced modes of operation in vehicle gearboxes. This has led to a decrease in the duration of the gearshift process down to 0.2 s. Such a short time allows one to use an integral principle to describe and analyze the dynamic processes that occur in gearboxes upon gearshift. The approach based on the law of angular momentum conservation in a mechanical system makes it possible to significantly simplify the engineering calculations of the dynamic loads acting on the gear units and to solve the problem of controlling the process of double gearshift. A description is proposed for a rather complicated gearshift process in vehicle gearboxes using adequately simplified impact models. A rule is formulated for the order of engagement of the couplers in gearboxes with a double gearshift.
