Assessing the efficiency of the forest industry complex based on calculation of value added index (Based on the example of the Republic of Komi)

Resumo

This article discusses the results of assessing the performance of the forest industry complex of the Republic of Komi based on calculating the value added index. The value, structure, and dynamics of the index have been analyzed and intraindustry and international comparisons are provided. The specificity of the formation of the enterprise value that significantly determines the final economic efficiency of the forest industry complex has been revealed.
