儿童头发元素组成作为Eastern Transbaikalia受人为活动影响地区的指示剂

详细
论证:Trans-Baikal Territory具有明显的地球化学特征,导致多种宏量和微量元素的过剩、缺乏和/或比例失衡,这直接影响人体的元素状态,并可能引发病理性改变。
目的:研究居住在不同人为负荷水平地区的儿童和青少年的元素状态特征。
方法:开展横断面研究。纳入标准:6–14岁儿童和青少年,自出生以来持续居住在研究地区;未服用维生素-矿物质复合物和药物;头发处于自然状态。根据居民点附近是否存在环境累积性损害源,将受试者分为两组:第1组——居住在无此类损害源居民点的儿童和青少年;第2组——居住在邻近尾矿库和贫矿堆的儿童和青少年。采用S2 Picofox荧光全反射X射线光谱仪分析头发化学成分,以评估元素状态特征。
结果:共纳入148名Trans-Baikal Territory儿童和青少年。在第1组儿童和青少年的生物基质中(n=97),其居住的居民点具有显著特征,即存在大量热能设施、铁路基础设施、工业企业和机动车,与第2组儿童和青少年的生物基质(n=51)相比,后者居住在以尾矿库邻近分布为特征的居民点,第 1 组中大多数必需、条件必需及有毒化学元素的浓度均显著升高 (p <0.001)。在第2组儿童的头发中,与第1组相比,锌和铅的含量统计学上显著升高,而必需元素(硒、碘、钴)的含量则显著降低。所进行的相关性分析表明,在生物基质中,不同化学元素的数量含量之间存在广泛的相关关系,这些关系反映了地质地层建造以及人为活动压力对受试者居住地区的共同影响。
结论:通过分析儿童头发中的宏量与微量元素含量及其比例,可以评估不同自然-人为环境下地区的地球化学特征,并为制定预防人群元素状态失衡的措施提供科学依据。
