儿童和青少年在环境压力条件下的适应能力评估

论证。近年来进行的一些研究表明,身体发育异常的儿童和青少年人数有所增加。大多数作者将这种增长归因于环境污染的影响。儿童和青少年的适应能力可以作为机体在不利环境条件下发展的指标。
目标。 评估生活在不同程度人为环境压力地区的儿童和青少年的身体发育和适应能力。
材料与方法。对2009-2023 年乌里扬诺夫斯克州地区环境状况进行了分析,对大气、供水管网饮用水、州各居民区土壤样本进行自行研究。根据对自然环境中污染物的分析结果,计算出了各市人为环境负荷系数。根据该方案对该地区的学龄儿童进行了检查,包括测量全身尺寸(身长、体重、胸围、体重指数)和功能参数(心率、收缩压和舒张压)。适应潜力是根据 B.M. Baevsky 的公式计算得出的。
结果。与生活在人为环境负荷较重地区的学龄儿童相比,生活在人为环境负荷较轻地区的男女学龄儿童的形态和功能指数较高。第二组地区男孩和女孩的适应能力中位数高于第一组地区男孩和女孩的适应潜力中位数,这表明在环境不利地区的适应机制比较紧张。在女孩中,适应能力指标的差异几乎与男孩的差异一致,但年龄组较少,这可能表明后者的适应储备较高。
结论。研究结果可用于卫生监测、儿童疾病预防和规划环境措施,以尽量减少环境因素对人口健康的负面影响。
