背景。 在俄罗斯的研究中,地表臭氧作为哮喘的重要风险因素被低估。根据世界卫生组织的数据,地表臭氧是呼吸系统中仅次于PM2.5的第二大危害毒物。在肺部疾病康复地区,确定臭氧的安全浓度尤为重要,因为这些地区的环境条件可能导致臭氧浓度升高。
研究目的。 揭示克里米亚南岸地表臭氧浓度(Ground-level Ozone Concentration, GCO)与哮喘患者急救呼叫频率之间的关系及其特征。
材料与方法。 研究对象为2010至2014年间在雅尔塔因哮喘呼叫急救服务的病例数。同期的КПО数据由卡拉达格背景生态监测站通过自动气体分析仪APOA 370(HORIBA)采用光学方法测得。利用Spearman相关分析法研究GCO与急救呼叫频率之间的关系。
结果。 从2010年至2014年,哮喘急救呼叫次数从471例增加到661例,同期年均GCO值多次超过允许标准。相关性分析显示,在2010至2014年间,GCO对哮喘患者状态的影响在一定程度上具有统计学意义。发现5个统计显著相关性( p ≤ 0.05)和9个趋势性相关性( p ≤ 0.10), 这些相关性涉及GCO的日平均波动幅度、最大值和最小值。2012年显示出最显著和最多的相关性,该年份以及2011年均表现出GCO波动幅度大、最大瞬时浓度超标和较高日均浓度的特点。相关性均为正相关,多为弱相关(0.35 ≤ Rs ≤ 0.48)。相关性主要出现在冷季,而非GCO通常较高的暖季。
结论。 发现的相关性以及可靠的国际研究数据共同表明,臭氧对呼吸健康的不利影响值得进一步研究。需要结合南岸地区的气象条件和人为因素,确定GCO的安全水平,这些因素可能显著改变臭氧对人体的影响。这将有助于建立早期预警系统,以降低地表臭氧对哮喘患者的负面影响。
