Аннотация

В статье обсуждаются вопросы диагностики и лечения воспалительных заболеваний тонкого кишечника, дифференциальный диагноз. Существуют практические трудности в диагностике патологии тонкой кишки. Необходим рутинный скрининг патологии кишечника у пациентов с сохраняющейся симптоматикой. Для выявления воспалительных заболеваний кишечника целесообразно использовать кальпротектин, пассаж бария и капсульную эндоскопию.
