Доказательный подход к лечению острого синусита

Аннотация

Воспалительные заболевания околоносовых пазух - наиболее распространенные патологии ЛОР-органов во всех возрастных группах. Среди больных, находящихся на лечении в оториноларингологических стационарах, от 15 до 36% составляют пациенты, страдающие заболеваниями околоносовых пазух. В амбулаторной практике доля пациентов с синуситами приблизительно такая же. Острый синусит является одним из наиболее распространенных заболеваний, с которыми сталкиваются врачи первичной медико-санитарной помощи.
