Current Issues in Philology and Pedagogical Linguistics
The journal “Current Issues in Philology and Pedagogical Linguistics” is included into the list of the leading reviewed scientific journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for publication of the main results of dissertations for the degree of candidate and doctor of sciences by the order of 06.06.2017.
Competitor journals publish articles on separate and specifically oriented areas of linguistic or literary research, unlike our journal, which provides the audience with a wide coverage of publications on current and newly developing trends of linguistics and literary studies.
The title “Current Issues in Philology and Pedagogical Linguistics” reflects the journal's policy of publishing each issue as a thematic volume devoted to a particular problem. This makes it possible to present in detail the whole range of current theories and practical studies in contemporary linguistics and literature in the form of a separate issue.
Each thematic issue is curated by a guest editor or managing editor, a well-known scientist who is a recognized specialist in a particular field.
Leading Russian scientists and world-renowned experts are members of the editorial board and reviewers of the journal.
Journal provides publishing opportunities for PHD students and PostDocs and, in addition, the journal is also a platform for publicizing the scientific results of renowned scientists
