Роль самоэффективности, воспринимаемой угрозы и воспринимаемой дискриминации как факторов адаптации русских в Эстонии и Казахстане

Аннотация
Данное исследование имеет целью анализ самоэффективности, воспринимаемой угрозы и дискриминации как факторов, влияющих на адаптацию русского этнического меньшинства в Эстонии и Казахстане. В соответствии с теорией Стефана рассматриваются три вида воспринимаемой угрозы: экономическая, культурная и физическая. Выборка включает 272 русских, проживающих в Эстонии, и 200 русских из Казахстана. Для исследования данных использовался множественный регрессионный анализ при помощи программы SPSS v.27. Результаты показали, что культурная угроза у русских в Эстонии имеет негативную связь с удовлетворенностью жизнью и самооценкой. Также была выявлена отрицательная взаимосвязь между культурной угрозой и интеграцией, ассимиляцией, а положительная - с сепарацией среди русских в Эстонии. Экономическая угроза положительно связана со стратегией сепарации и отрицательно - со стратегией интеграции среди русских в Казахстане. Самоэффективность, в свою очередь, положительно коррелирует с удовлетворенностью жизнью и самооценкой, а также является фактором, способствующим выбору стратегии интеграции и адаптации среди русских в Казахстане. Результаты данного исследования показывают важность такого личностного фактора, как самоэффективность наряду с воспринимаемыми угрозами в контексте адаптации этнического меньшинства в принимающем обществе.
