Концепция когнитивного резерва в контексте изучения ишемической болезни сердца: современные представления и перспективы научных исследований

Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты теоретического анализа современной зарубежной и отечественной литературы, посвященной концепции когнитивного резерва, которая является чрезвычайно актуальной на сегодняшний день. Подробно освещается проблематика и специфика когнитивных нарушений у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистой патологией, в частности с ишемической болезнью сердца, а также основные понятия и методологические проблемы определения концепции когнитивного резерва, обсуждается проблема операционализации данного понятия и связанные с ней сложности в определении потенциальных механизмов реализации когнитивного резерва. Рассмотрено взаимовлияние когнитивных нарушений на течение и прогноз ишемической болезни сердца, в особенности на уровень комплайенса пациентов кардиологического профиля и последующую психологическую реабилитацию. Обсуждаются потенциальные направления дальнейших исследований концепции когнитивного резерва применительно к ишемической болезни сердца, а именно перспективы изучения взаимосвязи когнитивных нарушений и аффективной патологии, в том числе алекситимии, что может позволить существенно оптимизировать существующие схемы реабилитации пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца.
