本文为方法学指南《Application of the Fleischner Society Criteria for the Assessment of Pulmonary Nodules on Computed Tomography: Practice Guidelines》的改编版本,原文发表于《Best Practices in Radiological and Instrumental Diagnostics》系列(2024年,第142期)。本指南反映了Fleischner学会就计算机断层扫描中肺部结节问题所达成的专家共识。其目的在于减少不必要的后续检查,并为非肺癌筛查人群中发现的肺结节提供明确的处置措施。在此情况下,采用Fleischner学会统一的术语体系,并对胸部计算机断层扫描所见改变进行标准化解读,有助于在临床实践、教学活动及科学研究中,促进不同专业人员之间的理解与沟通。本方法学指南已由Moscow City Health Department放射与器械诊断首席非编制专家批准,并经Moscow City Health Department科学专家委员会推荐。

本指南适用于放射科医师、放射科室或影像诊断科室负责人,以及设有放射与影像诊断科室的医疗机构负责人。
