Механизмы предупреждения послеоперационной иммуносупрессии c помощью регионарной анестезии

Аннотация
Представлены данные о факторах развития послеоперационной иммуносупрессии (ПИ). Среди них важная роль в развитии ПИ принадлежит гиперактивности во время операций симпатической нервной системы и гипоталамо-гипофизарно-адреналовой системы. Показано, что ПИ можно предупреждать с помощью регионарной анестезии, в первую очередь — эпидуральной анестезии и послеоперационной эпидуральной аналгезии, а также продленной ганглиоплегии. Сделан вывод, что предупреждающее действие регионарной анестезии в отношении развития ПИ в значительной степени связано с симпатолитическим компонентом ее действия.
