Abstract
The authors set out to trace the state and movement of enzymes in patients undergoing X-ray therapy. The material consisted of 18 patients. There were 120 experiments. Results: with repeated illumination of the lymphatic apparatus, regardless of the process in it (lymphogranulomatosis, sarcoma, cancer), a stepped curve is obtained, where each subsequent vertex is higher than the previous one. When illuminating the thyroid gland and spinal cord, a curve is obtained, where each subsequent vertex is significantly lower than the previous one. When skin areas (ulcus rodens, angioma) are illuminated, the enzymatic reaction is not expressed. Lipase gives less characteristic changes. Under the influence of X-ray therapy, this enzyme returns to normal. It was not possible to reveal a particular parallelism between enzymatic curves and changes in the course of the disease process. —Discussion: prof. G. A. Klyachkin, Dr. E. T. Gefen, Ya. V.
