Influence of ultrasonic irradiation on the output parameters of photosensitive In–n+CdS–nCdSxTe1–xpZnxCd1–xTe–Mo heterostructure

Abstract

The influence of ultrasonic irradiation (USI) on the load characteristics of the In–n+CdS–nCdSxTe1–xpZnxCd1–xTe–Mo heterostructure was studied under different illuminance levels of monochromatic light (λ = 632.8 nm) and white light. It was established that the efficiency of the heterostructure increases under the increase in the laser irradiation power and under the action of ultrasound.
