Properties of silicon solar cells with a holographic concentrator

Abstract

The processes of photovoltaic conversion in the silicon solar cells (SE) with р+nn+ structure have been studied while lighting with the holographic concentrator. The dependences of the open-circuit voltages, short circuit current of the solar cell on the lighting level in the range of the solar flux concentration 1–10 units without special cooling.
