ANNIVERSARY OF NATALIA I. STAVROVA, THE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF OF THE JOURNAL "PLANT RESOURCES"

Natalia I. Stavrova – Doctor of Biological Sciences, leading researcher at the Laboratory of Plant Community Ecology of the Komarov Botanical Institute RAS, Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal "Plant Resources", a renowned specialist in the biology and ecology of forest-forming species in Russia and adjacent territories, celebrated her 75th birthday on December 23, 2024. Natalia I. Stavrova is a highly qualified expert in the structure and organization of tree plant populations, natural and anthropogenic dynamics of forest communities in the taiga zone of Russia. She actively participates in the development of research programs for the laboratory under the Institute's planned topics, grants from scientific foundations, and RAS Programs, and is involved in the training of postgraduate students at the BIN RAS. The results of her research are presented in more than 100 original articles.
