Coordination ability of N,N’-disubstituted 9,10-phenanthrenediimines
摘要
The ability of N,N’-disubstituted 9,10-phenanthrenediimines in neutral, monoand direduced states to act as bidentate ligands in main-group-metal and transition-metal complexes has been demonstrated for the first time. The formation of metal complexes with the radical anion form of phenanthrenediimines stabilized through the formation of contact pairs (for Li) or chelate complexes (for Rh) has been detected.



Synthesis of hybrid nanoparticles based on magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles and luminescent CdS nanoparticles
摘要
A new approach to the synthesis of hybrid nanoparticles based on magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles and CdS quantum dots, combining magnetic and luminescence properties, has been suggested. Conditions for preparation of their stable aqueous suspensions have been found, and their optical properties have been studied. Nanocomposites produced at the molar ratio Fe3O4: CdS = 5: 1, which exhibited the luminescence properties) and gave stable aqueous suspensions, have turned out to be most promising. The results are evidence that the synthesized nanoparticles can be used for the development of visualizing agents for in vitro biomedical research.



The design of hybrid materials based on magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles and luminescent CdS nanoparticles for cell visualization
摘要
Hybrid nanoparticles based on Fe3O4 and CdS combining magnetic and luminescence properties were synthesized. The possibility of visualization of various cells by 3-mercaptopropylsilane-modified CdS nanoparticles and hybrid nanoparticles based on them using a confocal microscope was demonstrated. The synthesized materials did not show a clear-cut cytotoxicity.



Specifics of titanium tetrafluoride complexation with Ph2P(O)(CH2)2C(O)NMe2: The remarkable stability of the seven-membered chelate heterocycle TiOPCCCO and its conformational isomerism in solution
摘要
The composition and structure of the products of the reaction of titanium tetrafluoride with Ph2P(O)(CH2)2C(O)NМе2 (L), the simplest representative of diphenyl[2-(N,N-dialkylcarbamoyl)ethyl]phosphine oxides, in a СН2Сl2 have been studied by 19F and 31P NMR. It has been shown for the first time that functionalized phosphine oxides form stable seven-membered chelate heterocycles on complexes of d° transition metals. On the basis of NMR data, previously unknown conformational isomerism of the seven-membered TiOPCCCO heterocycle in solution has been proposed. A simple and rather efficient method of synthesis of the ligand (L) from commercially available reagents has been developed.



A new methodology for producing pyrocarbon composites containing zerovalent iron nanoparticles
摘要
A magnetic pyrocarbon composite containing nanoparticles with an overwhelming predominance of zerovalent iron has been synthesized. The nanocomposite has a core–shell–matrix structure in which Fe0 nanoparticles with an average size of 50 nm are located in the pyrocarbon matrix and coated with a ferrite shell preventing their aggregation and oxidation. The composite is distinguished for its high thermal stability, magnetic properties 59 G cm3/g, and electrical conductivity as high as that of graphite.



Synthesis of O,O-Dialkyl S-(1,1-dimethyl-2-oxoethyl) dithiophosphates and their reactions with N-nucleophiles
摘要
O,O-Dialkyl S-(1,1-dimethyl-2-oxoethyl) dithiophosphates, 2-(dialkoxythiophosphorylthio)-substituted aldehydes with branched carbon groups, were obtained by hydrolysis of phosphoryl-containing iminium salts. The reaction with primary amines results in imines containing acetal group in different positions. Tri- and tetra-substituted perhydro-1,3-diazoles and oxazoles containing a phosphorus atom in the side chain were prepared by reacting the aldehydes with O,Nand N,N-dinucleophiles.

Bone cements in the calcium phosphate–calcium sulfate system
摘要
Cement materials in the calcium phosphate–calcium sulfate system were proposed for bone tissue reconstruction. Mixtures of calcium sulfate and amorphous calcium sulfate in the weight ratios 20: 80, 40: 60, 60: 40, and 80: 20 were used as a cement flour, and an acidic solution of orthophosphoric acid was used as a setting liquid. Cement materials based on dicalcium phosphate dihydrate and calcium sulfate were obtained, and the phase composition, setting time, compressive strength, and microstructure of cements were studied. A phenomenon of dispersion strengthening of cements by adding 20 wt % calcium sulfate was detected. The obtained cement stone had a strength to 60 MPa, a setting time of 6–7 min, and uniform microstructure with a crystal size of 1–2 μm.
