Technologies for Processing Chemical Fiber Waste of Carpet Production

Technological processes for the recycling of previously non-recyclable fibrous wastes of carpet production (rug backing cloth edges) are investigated. Research results have shown that with appropriate preparation, it is possible on the preparatory equipment to carry out industrial processing of this type of waste into non-woven textile materials for the sewing and construction industries by the stitch-method and hot-pressing.
