Abstract
At present, in the conditions of the decline in the number of able-bodied populations in the Russian Federation, associated with the decline in birth rate and increase in mortality, the protection of reproductive health of the population is the most important direction of state policy, determining the national security of Russia. The article is devoted to the assessment of the role of harmful and unfavourable working conditions in the formation of reproductive health of female workers and male fertility.
