Two-dimensional differential systems with arbitrary finite spectra of wandering exponent
Abstract
We construct a two-dimensional linear homogeneous differential system with piecewise continuous bounded coefficients whose set of all wanderability indicator values at various solutions consists of zero and a previously given finite set of positive numbers, and all those values are essential.

The weak form of normality
Abstract
A topological space is said to be paranormal if every countable discrete collection of closed sets {Dn: n < ω} can be expanded to a locally finite collection of open sets {Un: n < ω}, i.e., Dn ⊂ Un and Dm ∩ Un ≠ 0 if and only if Dm = Dn. It is proved that if F: Comp → Comp is a normal functor of degree ≥ 3 and the compact space F(X) is hereditarily paranormal, then the compact space X is metrizable.

Explicit solution to a linear-quadratic optimal control problem with an arbitrary terminal
Abstract
An optimal control problem of minimization of the sum of a linear-quadratic integral functional and a terminal of arbitrary form is considered. It is proved that in this case a control can be also constructed in an explicit analytic form.

Solvability of a system of equations for the Fourier–Chebyshev coefficients when solving ordinary differential equations by the Chebyshev series method
Abstract
A solvability theorem for a system of equations with respect to approximate values of Fourier–Chebyshev coefficients is formulated. This theorem is a theoretical justification for numerical solution of ordinary differential equations using Chebyshev series.

Immersions of graphs into projective plane
Abstract
Immersions of graphs into the projective plane are studied. A classification of immersions up to a regular homotopy is obtained. A complete invariant of immersions up to a regular homotopy is constructed. The case of immersions of graphs into any compact surface differing from the projective plane was known previously.
