Abstract
The problems of optimization of the amplitude–frequency characteristics of a gas flow affecting metallic articles and blanks and the gas pulse duration are considered. This optimization ensures the required increase in the mechanical and service properties at the minimum treatment time. The influence of the gas flow velocity on these properties is analyzed.
