同⾏评审过程

The received article is considered by the editors and may be rejected as not corresponding to the subject of the journal. The journal has adopted a one-sided blind review. Each article is sent to 2 reviewers. The review is carried out by members of the editorial board or external experts. The reviewer fills out a review form; if necessary, sent to the authors. The due time for reviewers reports is three weeks. The reviewer can suggest the following solutions: the article should not be published, the article should be radically revised and the issue of its publication should be considered after a new review, the article can be published after the text is revised, the article can be published without significant changes. The editorial board of Quantum Electronics decides to reject the articles proposed to the journal if the negative reviews received seem convincing to it. If 1 negative and 1 positive review is received for an article, then the article can be sent to a third reviewer or reviewed by the editorial board to make a decision. The editorial board does not correspond on issues of rejected manuscripts, reserving the right for the authors to propose a revised version of the article, which in this case will be considered as a new submission.
