Abstract

A methodology is proposed for the measurement of the optical resistance of the surface of a substance irradiated by powerful pulsed laser radiation. The measurement methodology is based on the use of the one-parameter Weibull-Gnedenko statistical distribution. An installation is created by which this method is implemented. The optical resistance of multilayered nanodimensional coverings is measured using this methodology.
