Abstract

This article examines the procedure of kinematic and power analysis of the two-cleaner shoe system of grain harvesters. The procedure is based on presenting the design model of the drive system by combining standard modular elements of a four-link jointed mechanism and a block of design formulas. The analytical relations of the kinematic and power characteristics to the weight and geometric parameters of the links of the cleaning drive system are derived. The results of examining the two-cleaner shoe system of the grain harvester KZS-218 PALESSE GS12 are presented.
