Analysis of high-frequency parameters of superconducting planar structures

Abstract

Planar microwave devices that make it possible to determine parameters of fabricated layers are developed and produced. The parameters are needed for correct numerical simulation based on the Mattis–Bardeen theory and may differ from the tabulated parameters of materials.
