The temperature of the underlying surface in the ecosystems of Mongolian arid zones has been determined. It is shown that underlying surface temperature was heterogeneous. The corrective input of biota on the temperature is revealed. Attention is paid to insufficient information on the temperature of mountain ecosystems underlying surface.
