Pseudoelasticity and Its Use for Design of Heated Thin-Walled Structures

Abstract

The paper introduces the concept of pseudoelasticity, by which the formulation of the optimality criterion for structures of maximum rigidity with account of initial strains is considered. An example for a heated truss is given.
