Resumo
Two new coordination polymers, namely [Cu2(o-Cpia)(OH)(Bitb)0.5]n (I) (H3o-Cpia = 5-(2-carboxy-phenoxy)-isophthalic acid, Bitb = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-butane) and {[Zn7(OH)4(Bta)4-(H2O)2](H2NMe2)2(DMF)3}n (II) (H3Bta = biphenyl-3′-nitro-3,4′,5-tricarboxylic acid, DMF = N,N′-dimethylformamide), have been successfully constructed under solvothermal conditions. The structures of the two complexes have been successfully determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1811807 (I) and 1811808 (II)). In addition, in vitro antitumor activity of compounds I and II on four human ovarian cancer cells (OV2, 3AO, OVCA420, OVCA429) was further determined and the results show that the two compounds showed promising activity.
