Abstract
Presented are the results of trial runs, comprehensive testing, and the power ascension of the K-175-180-12,7 steam turbine of Unit 5 at the Berezovskaya GRÉS, topped with two 29 MW gas turbines (SGT700) that exhaust to the furnaces. Features of starting up the steam turbine with combined high-intermediate-pressure cylinder and dual-bypass thermal circuit and ways to ensure reliable normal operation are considered.
