Abstract
In this paper, it is considered the results of soil samples analysis, taken at different distances from the highway with registration number 99K-11, which is located near the border of the Bastak reserve cluster section «Central». As a results, zinc, lead and manganese were detected mainly in the upper 5 cm of the soil profile, while iron is found in all samples throughout the profile. The content of some components exceeds the value of their content in the Earth’s crust.
