Urban planning constraints in the Irkutsk-2 microdistrict developmen

Аннотация

The article considers zone, located within the boundaries of the Irkutsk-2 micro district, with special conditions for territory use (ZSCUT). The authors carried out the analysis of such zones impact on ecological situation and prospects for that territory development. Special attention is paid to the integrated development of the territory, i.e. the built-up areas development as a way to ensure balanced and sustainable development of the neighborhood.
