城市绿地对城市居民健康的影响:综述

COVID-19 大流行突显了保护和养护作为人类健康源泉的大自然的必要性,以及创造健康宜居城市环境的重要性。公园、小巷、树木和其他绿地在塑造城市环境方面发挥着重要作用。它们为城市带来怡人的美感,并对居民的健康产生积极影响。在绿地中度过的时间可减少压力、心血管疾病和其他疾病的风险,改善心理健康和体育锻炼。所提交的关于城市绿地对市民健康影响的科学研究综述分析了过去 10 年在 Scopus 数据库收录的期刊上发表的文章。
研究的主要目的是根据科学来源调查城市绿地对城市居民的影响,以了解和认识自然对人类健康和福祉的重要作用,并传播相关知识。
科学评论分析了 1521 篇关于城市绿地、城市生态和城市化进程的文章,从中筛选出 26 篇关于绿地对城市居民健康影响的文章并进行了总结。
结果表明,在过去 10 年中,城市绿地研究的数量不断增加。这些研究在中国、美国、德国、英国、澳大利亚、意大利和其他国家进行。然而,在 Scopus 数据库收录的期刊中,还没有中亚国家关于这一主题的研究。我们希望我们的同事能够恢复这方面的科研工作。
