用生态生理学方法评估地质勘探考察队员在从中纬度到北极地区的生产经向移动过程中的身体机能

理由 在北极地区各种形式的工业活动中,确定补偿-适应机制的形成规律和开发健康保护技术,至今仍是一个实际问题。
目标。对气象要素的季节性日波动进行复杂的气候生理学评估,确定其对从秋明(北纬 57°09′)到亚马尔半岛(北纬 71°11′)经向移动期间地质勘探考察人员的心血管系统和心理生理状态的影响。
材料和方法。对 115 名 20-40 岁的男性进行了全面调查,调查条件为中纬度地区(初始数据)和工业搬迁至北极地区期间。检查包括心血管系统主要指数(心率、血压、平均动态血压和脉搏血压)的登记、标准单极和放大导联的心电图、心理生理学研究(个人和情境焦虑的测定、压力状态诊断、自我控制调节和情绪不稳定性),以及气象数据和地磁活动指数的分析,以计算西西伯利亚西部地区的自然气候对比,一天内测量八次。
测量结果 在从中纬度地区向北极地区的经向运动过程中,心血管系统指数和心理生理状态的初始偏差水平(非同步)取决于地区间气候对比以及飞行起点和终点的气象参数日节律的振幅-相位特征差异。
结论 在 “陨石-生物节律 ”系统中建立的相互关系证明,有必要制定健康人在特定自然气候条件下的时间生理指标的地区标准,并在一年中的不同季节动态观察其在 “中纬度-北极地区 ”生产运动过程中的偏差,以有效监测适应不良紊乱和预测可能形成的病症。
