详细
论证。当前广泛采用的简单视动反应 (simple visual-motor reaction, SVMR) 统一评估标准尚未充分考虑个体居住地的自然地理特征及性别差异。研究物理地理因素对简单感知-运动反应表现的影响,有助于更客观地评估个体中枢神经系统 (central nervous system, CNS) 的功能状态。
目的。描述俄罗斯欧洲部分北方与南方地区居民简单感知-运动反应指标的差异特征。
方法。纳入64名19–23岁、临床健康的欧罗巴人种青年男女,分别为 Arkhangelsk Region 和Volgograd Region 的原住居民。采用 UPFT-1/30“ Psychophysiologist” 设备检测SVMR的基础与整合性指标,包括:最短反应时、最长反应时、平均反应时、中位数、预判反应次数、无误水平、稳定性水平、快速性水平、中枢神经系统激活水平,以及“分类方块”综合指标。
结果。南方地区男性的CNS激活水平较高,系统性体现为感知-运动反应的速度与稳定性较强,表现出良好的功能潜能,尽管其神经系统轻度不稳定,以兴奋过程占主导。相比之下,北方地区男性表现出相反的神经动力特征:CNS激活水平较低,以抑制过程为主,反应速度较慢,稳定性高、无误水平优异。
居住地不同的男女SVMR指标存在差异:北方地区居民中,男性与女性的指标几乎无显著差别。在南方地区居民中,女性的平均反应时间 (p=0.02) 和中位数 (p=0.05) 显著高于男性。总体而言,女性在北方与南方地区之间的SVMR指标差异无统计学显著性。
结论。研究结果证实,物理地理因素对CNS功能状态具有影响作用。本文描述了居住在俄罗斯欧洲部分北方与南方地区的男性与女性在简单感知-运动反应方面的差异特征。在SVMR评估中,考虑个体的出生地、居住地及性别,可实现评估标准的个体化设定。
