Manuscript submission
Manuscripts should be submitted electronically to the Editorial Board at vestnikkazguki@kazgik.ru
Along with the article, please send:
1. a scan of a statement to the editorial board signed by all authors:

2. information about the author/authors in Russian and English (author's full name, academic rank, position, organization name, contact information for correspondence) according to the Form of Information about the Authors
3. one external review
Articles that do not meet the following requirements are sent for revision at the stage of submission. Before submitting an article, please familiarize yourself with the editorial ethics and the procedure for reviewing articles.
Manuscripts submitted to the Editorial Board of Kazan State University of Culture and Arts are subjected to the procedure of expertise and reviewing.
Upon successful completion of all organizational procedures and approval of the article in the issue, the authors, who wish to publish in the "Bulletin", will be sent an Agreement on publication of a scientific article (hereinafter - DPNS). The required contact information about the authors must be entered into the DPNS, and the payment of the amount specified in the text of the DPNS must be made to the requisites.

Cost of publication
The cost of publication per page is 500 rubles. For correspondence students and graduate students of KazGIK the cost of publication per page is 200 rubles.
The volume of free publications for full-time postgraduate students of KazGIK (with reference from the Department of Graduate Studies) is 6 pages. Fee for each subsequent page is 200 rubles.

Manuscript design
Example of manuscript preparation
The article should start with the UDC, the author's initials and surname (in Russian and English), the title of the article (in Russian and English), an abstract in Russian and English (no more than 250 symbols in Russian and 1700 symbols in English), key words (5-7) in Russian and English. Then follows the main text of the article and a bibliography list.
The volume of articles should not exceed 16 pages (1 printed page). Large materials can be published in several issues of the journal.
Publication of materials in the journal is carried out in Russian, English and Tatar languages. The names of foreign institutions are given in the text without quotation marks in Latin letters. After mentioning the names of foreign scientists, heads of institutions, etc. in Russian in semicircular brackets is given the spelling of the name and surname in Latin letters.
All abbreviations should be fully deciphered the first time they are used, with the exception of common abbreviations and terms.
It is not allowed to use:
- spaces and tabs for paragraph indentation formatting ("red line") and alignment other than left or middle;
- endnotes;
- single-line footnotes.
There should be no double spaces or double paragraphs (blank lines) in the text.

Technical requirements for the design of the text of the article
1. The editor used to type the article - MS Word with the extension .rtf
The main font of the article - Times New Roman, type size - 14 pt, line spacing - 1.5.
3. Margins: left - 2 cm, top - 2 cm, right - 2 cm, bottom - 2 cm; from the edge to the header - 1.5 cm, bottom - 1.5 cm.
4. Italics and bold font are used for text emphasis. Spacing, capital letters, underlines should not be used for this purpose.
5. Numbering of tables, figures should be done in Arabic numerals. Latin names of objects are typed in italics in lower case letters.
6. Word abbreviations (acronyms) are allowed for recurring key expressions in the text or for frequently used terms, and all abbreviations should be given in full in the article first; there should be no more than 5-6 abbreviations.
7. Calculation formulas given in the text are signed in the margins by the author, who is responsible for their correctness. Figures in the tables should be carefully verified by the author and should not diverge from the text of the article. Authors are responsible for the selection and reliability of the facts, quotations, statistical data, proper names and other information, for errors, typos and inaccuracies in the original text.
UDC index (bibliographic classification number) is put by the author.
8. 8. The volume of the article should be no less than 8 author's sheets of text (0,5 typewritten page), but no more than 16 author's sheets (1 typewritten page).
9. The reference list must be designed in accordance with GOST R. 7.0.5- 2008 "Bibliographical references. General requirements and rules of drawing up" (font size - 14). References are given in the text in square brackets: [1]; if several references are indicated at once, then [1, 3-8]; if a page is indicated - [1, pp. 254-256]. When citing in the reference the page, from which the quote is borrowed, is indicated: [3, с.43].
10. The literature in the list of sources must be no later than three years old.
The use of later literature is allowed if it is justified by the topic of the article, but it is obligatory to have references to modern literature in order to trace the dynamics of the topic.
11. When using references to the Internet it is necessary to give references according to the rules of design of the bibliographic apparatus of scientific articles.
12. References to unpublished works are not allowed. Subline references are not allowed. Use of automatic page references is not allowed. References to published works of the author (self-citation) are not allowed.
13. Numbering of the reference list is formed in alphabetical order.
14. It is mandatory to provide transliteration of the list of references.
15. The list of references must contain at least 8, but not more than 15 sources. List of references must contain sources published not later than for the last 3 years, including foreign sources. The use of articles published in Scopus and Web of Science will be an advantage.

Structure of the article
The text of the article should be be devided into parts, the headings should be signed: Abstract. Keywords. Introduction. Materials and methods. Literature Review. Results. Discussions. Conclusions. References.
1. The UDC index (font size - 14, bold, alignment on the left edge);
2. Authors' names in Russian (type size 14, italics, alignment to the right edge);
3. the title in Russian (capital letters, type size 14, bold, center alignment);
4. abstract in Russian (describes the goals and objectives of the study and its practical application, which helps to grasp the essence of the problem more quickly) (which does not allow references to cited literature); the optimal length is 150 words;
5. key words in Russian (up to 10 word combinations) font size - 14)
6. translation of full name, abstract and key words into English;
7. the text of the article itself (alignment of the text along the width; font size 14, without hyphens, paragraph 1.25 cm);
8. list of references according to the requirements specified in p. 9 of Appendix 2 "Requirements to the design of papers".

Structure of the main text
The main text of the article should be subdivided into:
1. introductory part (which should contain the justification of relevance, scientific novelty, as well as the purpose and objectives of the work);
2. data on research methodology (own scientific research, author's opinion, previous research (on the topic of the article), statistics, etc. - used by the author in this article. Figures, formulas and tables are allowed only if it is impossible to describe the process in text form. If the article is theoretical in nature, the main provisions, thoughts that will be further subjected to the analysis);
3. experimental part (analysis, generalization and explanation of own data or comparison of theories), which is the central part of the article;
4. conclusions and recommendations (the article must contain answers to the questions posed in the introductory part and demonstrate specific conclusions).
Sub-sections Abstract. Keywords. Introduction. Materials and methods. Literature review. Results. Discussions. Conclusions. References in the text should be highlighted. The logic of the material in the article should be close to the specified structure.

Logical presentation of material
Presentation of the material should be built in a certain logical sequence, which assumes:
- relevance and scientific novelty;
- Statement of the problem and analysis of existing approaches to its solution;
- allocation of the object and subject areas of analysis, hypotheses and assumptions;
- description of the methodological concept and procedure of its implementation, the main research results and their scientific interpretation;
- formulation of the main theoretical conclusions and their argumentation;
- specific recommendations for specialists in the relevant field;
- conclusions.

Registration of references and the list of references
In the text of the article the reference to the source is enclosed in square brackets [ ] and contains the serial number of the publication in the reference list: [4] or [5; 14].
When citing in the reference the page from which the citation is borrowed is indicated: [3, с.43].
The title of the bibliographic record may contain the names of one, two or three authors of the document. The authors' names indicated in the title are not repeated in the information about the responsibility.

Electronic resources are included in the list of references in the general order. For them it is necessary to specify the designation of the material in square brackets: [Electronic resource]. An electronic address and the date of reference to the document are given.

- In the list of literature sources are listed in alphabetical order. Sources in Russian are given first, then in other languages. The bibliographic records are numbered serially.
- Links to electronic publications on the Internet are allowed only to official resources that have registration in Roskomnadzor with all data.

Tables, figures, schemes in the text should be numbered and titled.
Inadmissible duplication text graphs, tables and figures; the text should add new information (explanations, commentary, generalization) to the illustrative material.
