In this paper, we have proposed a method for determining the law of variation of the resource and the prediction of the service life of the existing buildings, we have modeled the diagram of the main supporting structures of the coating in the form of a complex redundant system with a permanent source, the results of the main numerical characteristics of reliability and determined the mean time between failures of the system "post farm - truss".
