Abstract

Brief information on the state of affairs in the area of design, application, and classifica- tion of pneumatic buildings with maximum attraction of illustrative materials is the aim of the paper. Examples of air-supported and air-bearing coverings are presented. Both the first pneumatic structures of the 40th years of the XX century and the structures of different modifi- cations, forms, and diverse purposes presented in the XXI century are given
