МОНТАЖНОЕ НАПРЯЖЁННО-ДЕФОРМИРОВАННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ШАРНИРНО-СТЕРЖНЕВОГО ПОКРЫТИЯ СКЛАДА ШАРОВ И РЕАГЕНТОВ

Аннотация
В данной статье выполнен обзор ранее проведённых работ по части расчёта точности, определения монтажных нагрузок в металлических конструкциях. Даны результаты исследования монтажного напряжённо-деформированного состояния, возникающего в металлоконструкциях большепролетного шарнирно-стержневого покрытия склада шаров и реагентов. Численное исследование монтажного напряжённо-деформированного состояния выполнено методом конечных элементов, который реализован в вычислительном комплексе SCAD. Также приведена оценка влияния величин монтажных усилий на несущую способность отдельных стержней оболочки покрытия. Представление усилий выполнено в виде гистограмм. Полученные величины усилий указывают, что необходимо разработка мероприятий, направленных на снижение величин начальных усилий, возникающих при сборке покрытия, и соответственно геометрических отклонений в покрытии при его проектировании.
