Abstract
The results of studies of the educational process regarding one of its indicators are described in the article. The studies were conducted on the basis of experimental data preliminary obtained through a test method. The correlation between the assessment of the humanitarian focus and academic performance of the selected students taken as a whole and as certain groups was established.
