Guidelines

Rules for sending, reviewing and publishing scientific articles in the journal “Current Issues in Philology and Pedagogical Linguistics”.

* Dear authors! We inform you that manuscripts that DO NOT MEET the requirements of the journal are not accepted for review.

When preparing a manuscript for submission to the editors, the authors should be guided by the following rules, drawn up taking into account the requirements of Russian and international associations and organizations, including the principles and rules of the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics), ORI (the Office of Research Integrity), CSE of Science Editors), EASE (European Association of Science Editors), directives from ANRI (Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers) and the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission (Higher Attestation Commission).

Terms of publication of the article

The manuscripts presented to the scientific journal «Bulletin of North Ossetian State University named after K. L. Khetagurov» (hereinafter: the Journal) the following requirements are:

  • the article should be presented in Russian;
  • the article typography should follow the Journal's requirements;
  • the content of the article should be in compliance with the research paper requirements and one of the Journal's sections (or thematic rubrics);
  • the material offered by the author for publication in the Journal should be original, not published earlier, correspond to the context of modern scientific literature, and contain an obvious element of creating new knowledge.

Manuscript requirements

  1. Manuscript

We accept submissions strictly online . The file with the article must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (have the extension *.doc, *.docx).

1.1. Length of the manuscript should be no less than 2500 words and no more than 3 000 words. The volume of the article (including the abstract and the list of references) varies from 10 to 15 pages of text. The issue of publication of articles of a larger size is decided in consultation with the editorial board of the Journal; Submitted articles are tested in the Antiplagiat program: originality of the manuscript is from 70%.

Application and article are sent in separate files.

File Registration: 1. Last Name. Article; 2. Surname. Request.

1.2. Text formatting: the article should be in Microsoft Word format with rtf extension, font - Times New Roman, size - 14, left margin - 3 cm, right - 1.5 cm, bottom and top - 2 cm, interval - 1.5. Sealing of intervals is prohibited See sample article.

1.3. The text file of the article. The journal editorial board prefers to receive a manuscript as a single complete file with all figures, tables and any additional supplemental materials.

  1. Manuscript structure

2.1. Russian-language abstract

  • Article Type: Original Paper; Critical Review; Short Communication; Letters, etc.);
  • UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) Index. The index can be found on the Internet: hUrx//teacod£, Sjojn/ojilineAidc;
  • DOI (Digital Object Identifier) - digital object identifier (the phrase digital object identifier, CIO) is also used - the standard for designating information provided on the network;
  • Title of the article - for the titles of the articles, apply the style of writing in capital-lower case letters with the capitalization of their own names, abbreviations, etc. The title of the article should reflect the subject and topic of the article, as well as the main goal (question) posed by the author for disclosing the topic;
  • Authors - when writing the authors of the article, the surname should be indicated after the name and the initials of patronymic (Ivan S. Ivanov);
  • Institutions - It is necessary to give the official FULL institution name (without abbreviations). After the name of the institution, separated by commas, in brackets you must write the name of the country, city;
  • Then follows the specify ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID is a non-commercial project whose goal is to assign each author of a scientific article a unique code). The main task of the identification code is to eliminate the discrepancies in the author's names). See: Register for an ORCID iD: https://orcid.org/ register, in the end e-mail. See sample article;
  • each article should have metadata in two languages (both in Russian and English), regardless of the text language;
  • the alternation of metadata on the title page of the article depends on the language of the article: if the article is in Russian, a block of Russian-language metadata is first given; if the article is in English, the first are English-language metadata. See sample article;
  • Abstract should be (if the work is original) structured: relevance, purpose, materials and methods, results, conclusion, i.e. contain the main provisions outlined in the work; reflect the author's view on the problem discussed in the manuscript, taking into account the analyzed material and the results obtained; allow the reader to understand the uniqueness of this article (research or review). The abstract of the text should be 200-250 words. It is undesirable to make large gaps between paragraphs in the summary, as well as the red lines (the abstract should be perceived as a single information block, revealing the content of the article). The abstract of a scientific article should be concise and informative, reflecting the most important research results.
  • Keywords in Russian (7-10 words); for an article in German, the abstract and keywords are written in Russian and English.
  • Acknowledgments (if available) Authors may express thanks to people and organizations who contributed to the publication of an article in a journal, but who are not its authors.
  • For citation - the output of the article.
  • Information about the authors is given at the end of the article. (Author data - title, degree, position, merit, place of work, contacts are placed separately from affiliation in metadata, as a rule, at the end of the article after References).

2.2. English abstract

  • Article title. The English-language name must be competent from the point of view of the English language, while the meaning is fully consistent with the Russian-language name.
  • Author names. Full name must be written in accordance with a passport, or the same as in previously published articles in foreign journals. Authors who publish for the first time and do not have an international passport should use the В SI transliteration standard. https://antropophob.ru/translit-bsi
  • Affiliation. It is necessary to indicate the OFFICIAL ENGLISH NAME OF THE INSTITUTION. The most complete list of the names of institutions and their official English version can be found on the website of the Russian National Electrotechnical Agency eLibrary.ru.
  • Abstract. The English version of the abstract of the article should be completely consistent with the Russian language and be competent from the point of view of the English language, and also include at least 250 words in its meaning and structure (Aim, Matherials and Methods, Results, Conclusions).
  • Keywords. You must specify the keywords - from 7 to 10, contributing to indexing articles in search engines. Keywords must match in Russian and English.

2.3. The full text of the article

The main text of the article is structured in accordance with the headings (author's variation is allowed in the subheadings under the heading "Results and discussion"):

2.4. Graphic material

  • every object (a table, scheme, diagram) shouldn't exceed the given size of page,
  • its fount shouldn't be less than 12 pt;
  • the tables and pictures should be vertical;
  • all the formulae should be prepared using Microsoft Equation or in the form of
  • distinct pictures;
  • all tables and figures are included in the text and must have continuous numbering;
  • it is recommended that in Russian-language texts signatures, explanations, legends for illustrations (photos, diagrams, etc.), tables should be drawn up in two languages in parallel - in Russian and English.

2.7. Information about authors in Russian and English is given at the end of the article after "Reference".

The Requirements for References

2.5. The Requirements for Russian References

The list of literature should contain at least 15 scientific research sources (scientific articles, monographs), including at least 30% of foreign (Scopus, WoS) for the last 3-5 years, indicating DOI for all sources, if available).

In particular:

  • Intra-text bibliographic references are given in square brackets, where reference is made to the ordinal number of the used work in the reference list of literature and page - [40, p. 77]. If the link includes several used works, they are separated by brackets inside the square brackets. For example: [2, p.38; 25, p.80].
  • Textual bibliographic references are given after the text of the article under the general heading "Reference". Bibliographic references should be numbered and placed in alphabetical order, first in Russian, then in foreign languages, and not in the link sequence in the article (the first link in the article (square brackets) in the article can be, for example, under the number 2 or 18);

■ The article may contain subscript bibliographic references (footnotes-notes): indications of archival sources, materials of collections and private collections, legal documents, as well as author's notes and comments. Unlike in-text references cited in square brackets, footnotes are placed at the bottom of the page and are made in computer mode: Insert-link-footnote.

  • In Reference, when referring to a book, it is necessary to specify the publisher and the total number of pages in the book. When referring to a multivolume edition, you must specify how many volumes and which volume the link is given. The reference to the periodical is given as follows: author. Article title // Journal title. Year. Tom (vol.). no. Interval of article pages.
  • Electronic resources are designed as follows: author (if any). Material name // Site name (name, not address). [Electronic resource]. URL: the address of the page on which the material is located (the date of circulation).

2.6. The Requirements for References in accordance with the international standard HARVARD

  • design of links from scientific Russian-language journals: full name, all authors;
  • Russian-language journal titles are translated into English;
  • at the end of the bibliographic description of the article, an indication is given of the language of the article (In Russ.);
  • if the cited article has a DOI, you must specify it at the end of the description;
  • if the quoted source does not have a DOI, but is available on the Internet, it is advisable to include the URL of its location in the description.

Author's agreement (public offer) for the publication of copyrighted materials in the scientific journal "North Ossetian State University named after K. L. Khetagurov"

The Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "North Ossetian State University named after Kosta Levanovich Khetagurov", represented by the rector Ogoev Alan Uruzmagovich, acting on the basis of the Charter (hereinafter referred to as the Publisher), on the one hand, offers an indefinite number of persons (hereinafter referred to as the Author), on the other hand, hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties, to conclude this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the publication of scientific materials (hereinafter referred to as the Article) in the scientific journal "North Ossetian State University named after Kosta Levanovich Khetagurov". This Agreement, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer), a complete and unconditional acceptance.

  1. Terms used in the Agreement

Author – an individual (individuals) whose creative work created the Article. Copyrighted material – a work, scientific, scientific and practical, material submitted by the Author for publication in the journal. Acceptance of the Offer – full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer. Journal – scientific journal “Bulletin of the North Ossetian State University named after Kosta Levanovich Khetagurov”. Registered by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor). Certificate of registration of mass media PI No. FS 77-75312 dated 03/15/2019. The publication is registered with the International Center for Standard Serial Numbering (ISSN 1994-7720 dated 09/29/2008). Application – an electronic request from the Author to the Publisher for the publication of the Article in the Journal. Publisher – the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “North Ossetian State University named after Kosta Levanovich Khetagurov” (NOSU). Offer – this Agreement (offer to the Author) for the publication of the Article. Publication – the publication of the Article in the Journal. The Editorial Board of the Journal – the creative team that prepares and publishes the Journal. Article – an original article; a critical review article; a short message; letters to the editor, etc. Parties – the Author and the Publisher. Service – the publication (placement) of the Article in the Journal based on the Author’s Application.

  1. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. From the moment this Agreement comes into force, the Author grants to the Publisher, free of charge, for the duration of the copyright provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the exclusive right in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and this Agreement to use the Article created by the Author for publication in the scientific journal "North Ossetian State University named after Kosta Levanovich Khetagurov".

2.2. The rights to use the Article transferred under this Agreement include, but are not limited to: • reproduction of the Article or its individual part in any material form, including on paper and electronic media, in the Journal and/or databases of the Publisher and/or other persons, at the discretion of the Publisher; • distribution of the Article or its individual parts in Russian as part of the Journal and/or databases of the Publisher and/or other persons, at the discretion of the Publisher, or as an independent work throughout the world; • making the Article available to the public in such a way that any person can access the Article from any place and at any time of their choice (including via the Internet); • granting permission to use the Article and its individual parts, obtained under this Agreement, and transferring rights to third parties at the discretion of the Publisher; • other rights not directly transferred to the Publisher under this Agreement, including patent rights to any processes, methods or techniques, etc., described by the Author (Co-authors) in the Article, as well as rights to trademarks, are retained by the Author (Authors) and other copyright holders.

2.3. The grant of rights under this Agreement includes the right to process the form of submission of the Article for its use in interaction with computer programs and systems (databases), publication and distribution in machine-readable format and implementation in search systems (databases).

2.4. This Agreement shall come into effect from the moment the Author sends the Article to the Journal.

2.5. The Author guarantees that he/she has exclusive copyright to the Article, and that the Article has not previously been transferred to anyone under the agreement for reproduction or other use.

2.6. The rights are transferred by the Author to the Publisher free of charge, and the publication of the Article in the Journal does not entail any financial deductions to the Author.

2.7. In the event that the Publisher decides to refuse to publish the Article in the Journal, this Agreement shall cease to be in force. The decision to refuse publication shall be sent to the Author at the e-mail address specified in the Application.

2.8. The territory in which the use of rights to the Article is permitted is not limited.

  1. General terms and conditions for the provision of services

3.1. The Publisher provides services to the Author only if the following conditions are met: • The Author has provided materials that meet the requirements of the Offer; • The Author has accepted the Offer.

3.2. Services are provided to the Author free of charge.

3.3. If the materials are provided by the Author in violation of the rules and requirements of this Offer, the Publisher has the right to refuse to post them.

3.4. The Publisher shall not be liable for the unauthorized use of data provided by the Author by third parties during the term of the Agreement.

  1. Rights and obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Article contains all references to cited authors and/or publications (materials) provided for by the current copyright legislation, the Author (Co-authors) have obtained all necessary permissions for the results, facts and other borrowed materials used in the Article, the copyright holder of which is not the Author (Co-authors).

4.2. The article does not contain materials that are not subject to publication in the open press in accordance with current legislative acts of the Russian Federation, and its publication and distribution will not lead to the disclosure of classified (confidential) information (including state secrets).

4.3. The Author undertakes to: • submit the manuscript of the Article in accordance with the requirements for articles published on the Journal's website; • inform other Co-Authors regarding the terms of this Agreement and obtain the consent of all Co-Authors to enter into this Agreement on the terms stipulated by the Agreement; • not use for commercial purposes and in other publications without the consent of the Publisher the electronic copy of the Article prepared by the Publisher.

4.4. In the process of preparing the Article for publication, the Author undertakes to: • make corrections to the text of the Article as specified by the Editorial Board of the Journal and/or, if necessary, at the request of the Publisher, revise the Article; • read the proofreading of the Article within the timeframes stipulated by the Journal's publication schedule; • make only the minimum amount of editing to the proofreading of the Article that is necessary to correct errors made in the original Article and/or make factual and opportunistic changes; • indicate, provide a link to the Publisher's Journal, the issue and year of publication indicated in the Journal when the Author uses the Article in the cases specified in paragraph 4.5. of this Agreement and any others; • list all sources of funding for the preparation and writing of materials protected by copyright, or indicate the absence of such sources.

4.5. The Author (Co-authors) have the right to: • transfer a copy of the Article, in whole or in part, to colleagues free of charge for their personal or professional use, for the advancement of academic or scientific research and/or for the informational purposes of the employer; • use materials from the published Article when the Author (Co-authors) writes a book or other publications; • use individual figures or tables and text excerpts from the Article for their own educational purposes or for inclusion in another work, or for presentation in electronic format on the internal (protected) computer network or on the external website of the Author (Co-authors) or his/her employer; • include Articles in educational collections for classroom use, for free distribution of materials among students of the Author (Co-Authors), or store the material in electronic format on a local server for access by students as part of a course of study, as well as for internal training programs at the employer's institution.

4.6. The Publisher undertakes to: • publish the Article under the terms and conditions stipulated by this Agreement, if the internal review is positive and the Author removes the reviewer's comments.

4.7. The Publisher has the right to: • perform literary and technical editing of the Article that does not change its fundamental provisions; • in the event of any subsequent permitted use by the Author (Co-Authors) (and/or other persons) of the Journal and/or Article (including any individual part or fragment thereof), require that the said persons provide a link to the Journal, Publisher, Author (Co-Authors) or other copyright holders, the title of the Article, the Journal issue and the year of publication indicated in the Journal; • place preliminary and/or advertising information about the upcoming publication of the Article in the media and other information sources; • establish rules (conditions) for the acceptance and publication of materials from the Journal. The Editorial Board of the Journal has exclusive rights to select and/or reject materials sent to the Editorial Board of the Journal for publication. The manuscript (physical medium) sent by the Author (Co-Authors) to the Editorial Board of the Journal is non-returnable. The Editorial Board of the Journal will not enter into correspondence regarding the rejection of the Article by the Editorial Board of the Journal. • temporarily suspend the provision of services to the Author under the Agreement for technical, technological or other reasons that prevent the provision of services, until such reasons are eliminated; • unilateral extrajudicial suspension of the provision of services under the Agreement is carried out in the following cases: • if the Article does not correspond to the subject matter of the Journal (or any part thereof), or the submitted material is insufficient for independent publication, or the design of the Article does not meet the requirements; • violation by the Author of other obligations assumed in accordance with the Offer. • make changes to the Offer in the manner established by the Offer; • post Articles published in the Journal on the Internet, including in translation into other languages.

4.8. In all cases not specified or provided for in this Agreement, the Parties are obliged to be guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

  1. Acceptance of the Offer and conclusion of the Agreement

5.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon its conclusion.

5.2. Acceptance of the Offer by the Author shall create an Agreement concluded orally (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) on the terms of the Offer.

5.3. The Agreement shall enter into force upon Acceptance of the Offer by the Author and shall be valid: a) until the Publisher fulfills its obligations to provide services; b) until the Agreement is terminated.

  1. Procedure for Amending and Terminating the Agreement

6.1. The Publisher shall have the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement, having notified the Author thereof at least 10 (ten) calendar days prior to the entry into force of the relevant amendments by sending a notice via e-mail to the Author's e-mail address specified in the Author's Application. The amendments shall enter into force on the date specified in the relevant notice.

6.2. In case of disagreement of the Author with the changes of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with paragraph 6.1. of this Agreement, the Author has the right to send the Publisher a written notice of refusal of this Agreement before the entry into force of the relevant changes. In case of absence of a written notice from the Author before the entry into force of the changes of the Agreement, the changes are considered accepted by the Author, and the Agreement shall continue to be valid with the introduced changes.

6.3. This Agreement may be terminated early: • by agreement of the Parties at any time; • for other reasons stipulated by this Agreement.

6.4. The Author has the right to unilaterally refuse to fulfill this Agreement by sending the Publisher a corresponding notice in writing at least 15 (fifteen) calendar days before the expected date of termination of the Agreement.

6.5. Termination of the Agreement for any reason does not relieve the Parties from liability for violations of the terms of the Agreement that occurred during its term.

  1. Liability

7.1. The Parties shall be liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their obligations under the Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2. The names, addresses and other personal data specified by you when registering on this site will be used solely for technical purposes: contacting you or the editors in the process of preparing your article for publication. Personal data about the authors specified in the materials of the article sent to the editors for review and publication.

7.3. The Author shall bear full responsibility for compliance with the requirements of the legislation on advertising, on the protection of copyright and related rights, on the protection of trademarks and service marks, on the protection of consumer rights.

7.4. The Publisher shall not bear any liability under the Agreement for: a) any actions that are a direct or indirect result of the Author's actions; b) the content of the published Articles, with the exception of aspects stipulated by the regulations for the release of scientific periodicals; c) any losses of the Author, regardless of whether the Publisher could have foreseen the possibility of such losses or not.

7.5. Without prejudice to the above, the Publisher shall be released from liability for breach of the terms of the Agreement if such breach is caused by force majeure circumstances, including: actions of government authorities (including the adoption of legal acts), fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, power outages and/or computer network failures, strikes, civil unrest, riots, any other circumstances, not limited to those listed, that may affect the Publisher's performance of the Agreement.

  1. Dispute Resolution Procedure

8.1. Disputes and disagreements will be resolved by the Parties through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.2. In the event of unresolved disagreements between the Parties, disputes will be resolved in court at the location of the Publisher in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

  1. Other Terms

9.1. The text of this Agreement is posted on the official website of the journal http://bulletinnosu.ru

9.2. Any notifications, messages, requests, etc. (except for documents that must be sent in the form of originals, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation) are considered received by the Author if they were transmitted (sent) by the Publisher via the Publisher's web server (including by publication), by fax, by e-mail specified in the Application, and through other communication channels. The Parties acknowledge the legal force of notifications, messages, requests, etc., transmitted (sent) by the specified methods.

9.3. In the event of claims being made against the Publisher related to the violation of exclusive copyright and other intellectual property rights of third parties during the creation of the Article, or in connection with the conclusion of this Agreement by the Author (Co-author), the Author undertakes to: • immediately, upon receiving the Publisher's notification, take measures to resolve disputes with third parties, if necessary, enter into legal proceedings on the side of the Publisher and take all actions within his power to exclude the Publisher from the list of defendants; • reimburse the Publisher for legal costs incurred, expenses and losses caused by the application of measures to secure a claim and enforce a court decision, and amounts paid to a third party for the violation of exclusive copyright and other intellectual property rights, as well as other losses incurred by the Publisher in connection with the failure of the Author (Co-authors) to comply with the guarantees provided by them under this Agreement.

9.4. If the Author is an individual, then in accordance with Art. 6. Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, during the period from the moment of conclusion of this Agreement until the termination of the obligations of the Parties under this Agreement, the Author expresses consent to the processing of the following personal data of the Author by the Publisher: last name, first name, patronymic; academic degree, academic title; place of work, its name, position; place of study, address of the educational institution, student status (student, graduate student, etc.); mailing address for correspondence; telephone number at the place of work; telephone number at the place of study; telephone number: home, mobile; e-mail for communication with the editorial board, e-mail for publication in the Journal.

9.5. The Publisher has the right to process the specified personal data for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement, including providing information and reference services to the Author. When registering a user (as a reader, reviewer, author) on the site, only those personal data should be indicated that the user is potentially willing to provide when uploading an article among the information about the author for their publication in the public domain.

9.6. The Author has the right to revoke consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Publisher a corresponding notice in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Upon receipt of the specified notice, the Publisher has the right to suspend the provision of services.

The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.

Согласие на обработку персональных данных с помощью сервиса «Яндекс.Метрика»

1. Я (далее – «Пользователь» или «Субъект персональных данных»), осуществляя использование сайта https://journals.rcsi.science/ (далее – «Сайт»), подтверждая свою полную дееспособность даю согласие на обработку персональных данных с использованием средств автоматизации Оператору - федеральному государственному бюджетному учреждению «Российский центр научной информации» (РЦНИ), далее – «Оператор», расположенному по адресу: 119991, г. Москва, Ленинский просп., д.32А, со следующими условиями.

2. Категории обрабатываемых данных: файлы «cookies» (куки-файлы). Файлы «cookie» – это небольшой текстовый файл, который веб-сервер может хранить в браузере Пользователя. Данные файлы веб-сервер загружает на устройство Пользователя при посещении им Сайта. При каждом следующем посещении Пользователем Сайта «cookie» файлы отправляются на Сайт Оператора. Данные файлы позволяют Сайту распознавать устройство Пользователя. Содержимое такого файла может как относиться, так и не относиться к персональным данным, в зависимости от того, содержит ли такой файл персональные данные или содержит обезличенные технические данные.

3. Цель обработки персональных данных: анализ пользовательской активности с помощью сервиса «Яндекс.Метрика».

4. Категории субъектов персональных данных: все Пользователи Сайта, которые дали согласие на обработку файлов «cookie».

5. Способы обработки: сбор, запись, систематизация, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), извлечение, использование, передача (доступ, предоставление), блокирование, удаление, уничтожение персональных данных.

6. Срок обработки и хранения: до получения от Субъекта персональных данных требования о прекращении обработки/отзыва согласия.

7. Способ отзыва: заявление об отзыве в письменном виде путём его направления на адрес электронной почты Оператора: info@rcsi.science или путем письменного обращения по юридическому адресу: 119991, г. Москва, Ленинский просп., д.32А

8. Субъект персональных данных вправе запретить своему оборудованию прием этих данных или ограничить прием этих данных. При отказе от получения таких данных или при ограничении приема данных некоторые функции Сайта могут работать некорректно. Субъект персональных данных обязуется сам настроить свое оборудование таким способом, чтобы оно обеспечивало адекватный его желаниям режим работы и уровень защиты данных файлов «cookie», Оператор не предоставляет технологических и правовых консультаций на темы подобного характера.

9. Порядок уничтожения персональных данных при достижении цели их обработки или при наступлении иных законных оснований определяется Оператором в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.

10. Я согласен/согласна квалифицировать в качестве своей простой электронной подписи под настоящим Согласием и под Политикой обработки персональных данных выполнение мною следующего действия на сайте: https://journals.rcsi.science/ нажатие мною на интерфейсе с текстом: «Сайт использует сервис «Яндекс.Метрика» (который использует файлы «cookie») на элемент с текстом «Принять и продолжить».
