Аннотация
Создание и развитие инновационных бизнес-моделей (БМ) — один из ключевых факторов успеха бизнеса. Современные сложные вызовы стимулируют поиск новых БМ на различных рынках. Особое значение приобретает цифровая составляющая, вклад которой рассмотрен на примере инновационных стратегий фармацевтической компании. Продемонстрированы процессы разработки и внедрения инновационных БМ в практику соответствующего сектора, который проходит ускоренную цифровую трансформацию в поиске новых источников ценности и преодоления текущего кризиса. Рассматриваемый кейс отражает элементы, этапы и логику развития инновационных БМ. Исследование охватывает рынки шести стран, представляющих различные системы и механизмы создания ценности. Показаны эффективные способы применения технологических инноваций с привлечением управленческих инструментов и выстраивания их в целостную систему с учетом потребностей ключевых участников цепочки создания ценности.
