Аннотация
Актуальность. Высокая частота встречаемости закрытых повреждений печени, общая и послеоперационная летальность диктуют необходимость поиска оптимальных вариантов лечения пациентов.
Цель. Провести систематический обзор литературы и мета-анализ по сравнительной оценке различных вариантов лечения пациентов с закрытой травмой печени.
Методы. Систематический поиск нерандомизированных исследований проведен с 01 октября 2015 г., а рандомизированных – без временных ограничений, по 29 февраля 2024 г.
Результаты. Просматривается отчетливая тенденция к неоперативному ведению гемодинамически стабильных или стабилизированных пациентов, а при гемодинамической нестабильности - использование тампонады печени с последующей ангиоэмболизацией.
Заключение. Требуется большее количество хорошо спланированных рандомизированных клинических исследований для конкретизации лечебного подхода к пострадавшим с повреждениями печени.
