RULES FOR WORKING WITH AUTHORS AND AUTHOR'S MATERIALS
ALL MATERIALS ARE SENT TO THE EDITORIAL BOARD BY EMAIL IOVRF@MAIL.RU
Articles submitted to the editorial board are subject to mandatory two-way anonymous review (the review procedure can be found here) and checking in the AntiPlagiat.ru online service for the presence of illegal borrowings (no more than 25% of borrowings are allowed - coincidences, citations).
Upon receiving a positive conclusion from the reviewer, the author (authors) agrees on the publication date of the material. As a rule, the article is placed in the journal issue approximately six months after its acceptance for publication, but the period may be extended if the editorial portfolio is full. When agreeing on the publication time, the editors always take into account the reasoned wishes of the author (authors) (preparation for the defense of dissertations, grant reports, relevance of the article topic, etc.). At the request of the author (authors), the article is assigned a digital object identifier (DOI) - a path to the document in the common information and virtual space (the Internet). After the material has been reviewed by the editor and proofreader, the text is sent to the author (authors) for approval. After reviewing the edited text of the article, the author (authors), along with the approved text, sends to the editors their consent to publish the article in the journal and to post its electronic version on Internet sites and in information databases where the journal's materials are presented (on the sites of the Scientific Electronic Library, CyberLeninka, in the SPS "Garant" and "ConsultantPlus" databases, etc.). In the letter of consent, the author(s) also guarantee(s) that they hold(s) exclusive rights to the submitted article and that it is(are) an original work of the author(s). The letter of consent signed by the author(s) must be sent to the editorial board either as a scanned copy by e-mail, or by fax, or by regular mail (all contact information for the editorial board can be found on the "Contacts" page). The form of the letter of consent is sent by the editors to the author along with the edited text of the article by e-mail (you can see the form of the letter of consent here). If the letter of consent is not submitted to the editors, the article will not be accepted for publication! The editors do not insist on the transfer of exclusive copyright to the article to the journal and do not object to the publication of the material in other publications, but ask you to confirm your consent to the publication of the article in our journal and your copyright by signing the specified letter of consent. If after publication in our journal the article is placed in other publications, it is necessary that it be indicated there that the material was previously published in a certain issue of the journal "Property Relations in the Russian Federation". If the article is published in another publication before it is printed in our journal, the author(s) MUST inform the editors about this and then decide on the advisability and possibility of publishing the material in our journal.
REQUIREMENTS TO MATERIALS SUBMITTED BY AUTHORS FOR PUBLICATION IN THE JOURNAL
An article sent to the editors must necessarily contain the following semantic blocks: description of the object, problem or question that the author is researching; relevance of the task; results of the author's analysis of the subject of the research; specific conclusions and constructive proposals of the author for solving the identified problems. These blocks should not be highlighted with headings, as is customary in dissertation abstracts; they must carry exactly the indicated semantic load. The material for publication is sent by the author to the editorial board to the e-mail address iovrf@mail.ru in the form of files created or saved in Microsoft Office 2003 formats. The volume of an article placed in one issue of the journal is no more than 40,000 printed characters with spaces (approximately no more than 20 A4 pages, typeset with one interval in Times New Roman font, size 14). If the article is larger, the author will be offered to publish it in parts in two or more issues of the journal. The text of the article may contain any graphic and tabular material. When designing graphic objects, it is necessary to take into account that the journal block is printed in black and white. Illustrations must have serial numbers and titles, their dimensions together with the caption are no more than 165 x 255 mm in portrait format and no more than 255 x 165 mm in landscape format. The text of the article must contain a reference to each figure, diagram or graph. It is necessary to indicate the sources of all data used in creating the graphic object.
Diagrams and graphs are presented as separate files in MS Excel format, which contain the original digital data on the basis of which they are built. Diagrams are created using MS Word graphic tools. All specified graphic objects, as well as drawings, are located in the text of the article in the "in text" format.
Formulas (complex) are executed only in the MathType formula editor (in MS Word 2007 or 2010 this editor is available on the "Add-ons" tab). Simple formulas, if possible, are formed only by means of MS Word, using the "upper" and "lower" indexes options, as well as the "add symbol" panel. When displaying formulas by means of MS Word, all spaces must be unbroken. It is necessary that all variables in formulas are described (deciphered), the formulas themselves are numbered and interpreted in the text of the article. All Latin and Greek letters must have a one-to-one connection with the designated variable (for example, k and K are considered different variables), be of the same size. In mathematical formulas, graphs, diagrams, block diagrams, it is not allowed to use a font smaller than 8 font size. Tables must be placed in the text of the article, their width is not more than 165 mm in portrait format or 255 mm in landscape. Each table in the text must be referenced, for example, "... see table. 1" or "... (table 1)". The word "Table" is placed on the right, followed by the table's serial number. Its title is mandatory below, in the center of the page. Each column and row of the table must have a title; empty cells are unacceptable (in case of an objective absence of information, dashes are placed in the cells). If necessary, data sources are indicated under the table. When formatting tables, the Arial font should be used, no smaller than 10 pt (in some cases, 9 pt is acceptable). Cell shading is permissible only in extreme cases, when these cells are specifically discussed in the text. All table borders are made as single lines with a thickness of 0.5–0.75 pt. The article title is in bold, below is the author(s)'s last name, first name, patronymic, academic degrees, scientific ranks, position, place of work, city of the company or institution where he/she works, as well as the author's contact information (one of the authors, if the article has several authors): email address or work phone or fax. This information will be published in the journal (requirement of the Higher Attestation Commission).
In addition to the text of the article, the author submits to the editors an abstract of the article (no more than 700 characters) and keywords (4-6 words or phrases) in Russian and English. The abstract, like the article itself, must contain the following information (only brief): description of the object or problem that the author is researching; results of the analysis; the author's conclusions and proposals on possible approaches to solving the identified problems. Examples of the abstract and list of keywords, as well as recommendations for compiling such a list can be found here.
