Abstract
Вопрос клинической оценки гиперактивного мочевого пузыря (ГМП) – один из самых обсуждаемых в урологии.В настоящий момент ГМП – это описательный термин, обозначающий симптомокомплекс, включающий в себя симптомы учащения мочеиспускания, императивные позывы с наличием или отсутствием императивного недержания мочи (НМ).Стандартный алгоритм обследования при подозрении на ГМП в соответствии с требованиями пропедевтики заключается в последовательной оценке жалоб, анамнеза заболевания, анамнеза жизни, данных осмотра. В дальнейшем применяются методы инструментальной и лабораторной диагностики.Полноценное обследование позволяет не только правильно поставить диагноз, определить место ГМП в структуре более сложных симптомокомплексов, но и повысить эффективность и безопасность лечения.
