Abstract

A 1-Адреноблокаторы (a 1-АБ) являются препаратами первой линии коррекции симптомов нарушения функции нижних мочевых путей (СНМП) у большинства больных аденомой (доброкачественная гиперплазия предстательной железы – ДГПЖ). В Рекомендациях Европейской ассоциации урологов редакции (EUA) 2006 г. указано, что назначение a 1-АБ при этом заболевании позволяет добиться уменьшения выраженности симптомов на 20–50% и увеличения скорости потока мочи на 20–30%. Это статистически достоверно подтверждено плацебо-контролируемыми исследованиями. Эксперты EAU признают, что не существует значимых различий в эффективности присутствующих на рынке a 1-АБ, хотя с точки зрения безопасности некоторые из них предстают более предпочтительными. В целом исследования тамсулозина и альфузозина демонстрируют частоту нежелательных явлений, аналогичную плацебо (4–10%), притом что тамсулозин характеризуется меньшей частотой возникновения ортостатической гипотензии, чем альфузозин [1]. В настоящее время среди всех a 1-АБ наиболее часто в Европе и мире назначается тамсулозин, что связывают с превосходным соотношением эффективности и безопасности препарата
