Abstract

Гиперактивный мочевой пузырь (ГМП) - хронический симптомокомплекс нарушения мочеиспускания. По определению Международного общества по удержанию мочи, он характеризуется учащенным мочеиспусканием в сочетании или без ургентного недержания мочи. ГМП наблюдается в любом возрасте у 16-17% мужчин и женщин.Исследования клинической эффективности троспия хлорида, проведенные более чем у 10 000 больных, показали, что троспия хлорид достоверно снижает число мочеиспусканий в сутки и эпизодов ургентного недержания мочи.Таким образом, троспия хлорид является эффективным и хорошо переносимым препаратом для лечения ГМП. Благодаря своей химической структуре препарат не вызывает развития побочных эффектов со стороны ЦНС, что позволяет рекомендовать его применение у пожилых больных и больных с заболеваниями нервной системы. Хорошая переносимость высоких доз препарата дает возможность подобрать дозу препарата индивидуально, не опасаясь развития побочных эффектов. Результаты двойных слепых плацебо-контролируемых и постмаркетинговых исследований показали, что применение троспия хлорида достоверно улучшает клинические и уродинамические параметры больных ГМП при незначительном количестве побочных эффектов, что позволяет достигнуть высокого качества жизни таких больных.
