Abstract

Как известно, одним из основных проявлений ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) является стабильная стенокардия (СС). Наиболее типичное проявление СС – загрудинная боль сжимающего характера, возникающая при физической нагрузке, эмоциональном стрессе, выходе на холод, ходьбе против ветра, в покое после обильного приема пищи. Этот тип стенокардии называется «стабильная стенокардия напряжения».Безусловно, приоритетным направлением лечения ИБС по-прежнему остается улучшение прогноза путем профилактики развития инфаркта миокарда, внезапной сердечной смерти. Эти цели достигаются осуществлением мероприятий по изменению образа жизни и целым рядом фармакологических вмешательств.
